Have the correct equipment available. I reserved a 10 foot van a couple of months ago and was told two days before none were available so they put me in a 15 ft reservation. When I got to the location they told me they only had 17 ft available. Even though there where 2 10ft vans on the property. They told me they were reserved. I doubt they were reserved prior to my booking

Our move, was made easier by the fast efficient assistance of the staff and the equipment that was provided. We've had poor past experience with other U-haul locations, but Eureka was by far the best. Thank you to the staff who helped us.

Orientation to controls ( what does uhaul setting on transmission do?) Fill tank - easier to return full than at some random level. You got free gas from me!

i was asked where I would like to return the equipment, I replied, American Canyon u-haul.. When I got to American Canyon U haul, we unhooked the dolly, and checked the equipment and mileage. Then he asked to see my paperwork, which showed Vallejo U haul as drop off point. So, either pay $300 for transporting equip back to Vallejo, or, hook it all back up and deliver it to Vallejo, that's what we did, all worked out well, but the person at counter in Eureka gave me incorrect information, told me to go ahead and drop it in Am Cyn u haul that will be ok. NOT SO!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Unrelated to the site was very poor phone assistance when the drop off point was changed. Someone named Charlotte in the regional office at the drop off site was rude, did not listen, interrupted and left me never wanting to use U-haul again. She should not work directly with customers. I was appalled by my conversation with her. It was the help and service from others that saved the day.

The supervisor is disgustingly selfish and rude. Not wanted to give me extra time after missing the signing of my lease due to having to wait 3 hours at Uhaul until I could leave. THEN THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO STORAGE AVAILABLE TO STORE ANY OF MY THINGS EVEN THOUGH UHAUL SAYS THERE IS A FREE MONTH OF FREE STORAGE...BULLSHIT. I WILL BE YELPING MY EXPERIENCE AT UAHUL AND INFORMING EVERYONE I KNOW.

The employees were good and the facility was adequate. The truck smelled bad, steering wheel was sticky and there was no washer fluid to clean the windshield. I have used your trucks in the past and will continue to do so.

Travis Kelly & Dylan Slentz were not very helpful at all, I got done with my truck early & called the 1-800 number to see if I could turn it in early, I was told yes & that I would get credit for the days I didn't use it. Drove down to the drop off place & I was told that they didn't offer that on one way just in city. I called corporate put in a complain with Eristeen & he said that corporate would call me, I got the same people that I had trouble with call me back not corporate. I'm not a very happy person at all, this company needs a make over in communications to all employees. The bottom line is that they just made money off of me & im pretty sure other people to who has used them in the pass. I don't think that if you have a problem with a store & corporate won't call you back themselves there's something wrong with the company.

My trailer leaked and when I called u-haul, they transferred me to thi location to speak to the manager to get a refund, but he is out of town and no one could help me. I had damage to many boxes due to the leak. I am submitting a claim but stil need to get a refund from this location. I'm upset that photo albums have been ruined due to this leak.

I had the worst experience of my life and I as well as my family has used your services multiple times (10 x's) and not once have ever experience this level of lack of professionalizim. I utilized your services from the 16th my birthday until the 18th. The first issue arose from my picking up and checking in to my storage unit. I was assured 24 hour service due to my being employed NOC shift at fortuna rehabilitation and wellness center.I got back to the my previous residence and checked my account and noticed that I had 120$ extra on my card.( I was counting my pennies) I made multiple attempts to handle the check in over the phone and explained the neccessity to not drive the truck more then necessary due to limited funds and .69 cents per mile. I had to rush in (mind you WAS PREGNANT AND WORKED GRAVE YARD, LOST MY JOB AS A RESULT OF CALLING OUT AND YOU WILL UNDERSTAND SHORTLY.) rushed in after loading truck made it by 7pm barley. So the youngman who assisted was ready to go home. Checked me in I went back got the truck fully loaded came at 11pm and the alarm went off, waited for assistance none came WASTE OF DAY ONE DAY TWO came in fixed issue no good customer service had to wait for all customers before I was assisted, all recorded on camera I cried complaining .....again poor customer service told them i had been hungry slept in truck called out from work and frustrated they said i could do nothing but complain to corporate refused to let me speak to local owner. Left they closed at 5pm that day ..... Came back by 6pm I have it recorded on my phone. Denied see inshore manager waste of day two Now I'm losing money at work racking up mileage I can't afford and sleeping in truck when paying for motel.This night I slept in the motel woke to my plasma 55 inch floor model samsung television cracked from someone attempting to commit theft. This was the icing on the cake I lost my job for calling out lost house hold items spent myfood money on gas spent extra stress on an already stressful situation. Then I go back into to place take the load I can afford time for. Unable to to bri g couches kitchen table or bed because I had to utilize the riDe had set up at the beginning of this plan turned nightmare. Now I have a bill that was allotted a budget of 85$ turned into 358$ Please help my name is Linda Holland phone number 7077235082 I did not speak bad about company because this is the first bad experience that is why in asking for someone to rectify the situations at hand. My Uncle is the Chairman of our Tribal Council Berry Bernard and he is wanting to go to the social media, I feel we can handle tHIS WITHOUT DRAGGING UHAUL NAME THROUGH THE MUD. AT FIRST I WAS Waiting for an aknowledgement or human compassion neither was given. It been nearly 10 days after the fact. What began as a $19.00 a day rental turned into nearly $80!!! All for a half day rate and only went 28 miles round trip!!!! The mileage add on is far too expensive... especially for a local move!!! I was NOT a happy camper!! The total for half day should have been about $45-$50 tops for a local rental. TOO MUCH COSTS added on!!!

When the growers return the trucks they spray cologne or aftershave in the back to hide the smell. My truck smelled like Old Spice
