Truck was a bucket! I’ve driven over 100 of this trucks over the past 8 years and they need to be more mechanically maintained. Truck was mostly clean except for the ramp, the ramp was filthy.

Make 10 ft trucks available as drop offs outside city.

Be honest in advertising as pricing. $30 per day rental turns into $350 including gas! Rented the same size truck for 4 days before and it cost only $100 more than this 8 hour con job. Used to be a satisfied customer, but this was an awful and ridiculously expensive experience. Extremely disappointed!

Excellent customer service! Thank you!

there was a final $10 charge that took customer service about 20minutes to find oit why. perhaps that final charge could be defined in the paperwork.

As a career software engineer, your software is not checkout friendly and your internet pipe is slow. It took .5 hours for the person in front of me to get a truck and trailer.

It was all good for me.

Truck was under sized/powered for what I was towing.

Had to wait 10 minutes to drop off equipment because we couldn't find the person working there. No one was around initially.

I have done repeated business with this store and have been a loyal long time customer for 11 years now. Best store award and for the most part best customer service. Their is one employee who tried to over charge me when I told him I was a repeat customer and did a lot of transactions with this store, but that employee is not representative of all the others who are doing a great job.

I have been going to this uhaul location for over 20 years. Everyone is very nice. The man who helped me was nice. The only issue I had this time was they clearly needed more help. There was only one person working and many people in line. I saw one customer actually leave the line because he waited so long.

Staff was respectful and knowledgeable

The back of the truck reeked of marijuana. Probably not much can be done about that though. At least not around here. Great desk person.

Specify if rental trucks are actually available when said, so U-Haul doesn’t move you around to 3 different locations.

I wanted to comment about the excellent service I received at this location. I had reserved a 17' truck to help my son move. When I arrived to pick up the truck, there were no 17' or 15' truck available. I was worried because it we were on a tight schedule. The people at the Jacobs Avenue U-Haul gave me a 20' truck for the price of a 17' truck. Maybe this doesn't sound like much, but it shows they went out of their way to help a customer. I was able to pick up a truck for my move in a matter of minutes. I would highly recommend this location.

Nothing. Quick & efficient pick up. Clean truck. Well done.

I was late turning in the truck because I was delayed for a while due to the fires in the Northern Napa/Calistoga area. The delay kept me from getting to my destination on Monday- I didn't arrive until Tuesday morning. I unloaded the truck and returned it to U-Haul in the afternoon. The delay wasn't entirely my fault, and I feel like I was "penalized" as though I had some control over what happened.
