The facilities availability of storage units is inconsistent with the U-Haul website and application dashboard. I was led to believe that I was getting a 10 x 10 x 10 roll up when in fact, none were available when I arrived with my things. I had to pay for two smaller units, increasing my total cost of storage and reducing the convenience. It’s not the staffs fault, but the owners of the facility and U-Haul need to get their information straight. Although unintentional, it had the appearance of a bait and switch. You need to do better for your staff and your customers. You got a good rating from me because the staff earns it.

Your company will keep my over $100 and rent the unit out tomorrow and take someone else’s money. Your business practices are immoral and should be illegal and I will never recommend usage of your facility again.

Denise M. | First ImpressionsI reserved two units through the 800 go uhaul service number and when I got there they only had one unit. I had to find a unit at another storage company. Meanwhile I had a moving crew at $150 hour sitting idle. The other storage company informed me that what happened to me happening all the time with Uhaul clients. Generally, I have used Uhaul many times and am great full for their produce but this is an issue I hope they will address.

He was going to charge me but I was told I get one month free. We did end up finishing at 5 pm unloading and returning the trailer. I had to pick a code but have no idea what I need it for.

Two of them were with a customer and I have no idea what the other guy was doing because he never acknowledged me that I was still breathing! I stood there for probably 5 minutes and I never even got a simple "Hello, I will be with you in just a few minutes." C'mon man!! What happened to " customer service? "

Pamela C. | Overall ExperienceWhen we got there, the person who works there (Matt) told us we had no reservation for storage. He was very rude and did not offer to help us at all. We then spent the next hour plus on the phone with U-Haul reserving another storage that was supposed to just be included with my one way rental. I added another storage unit (so that we had two) and then when I got off the phone they told me we only had the one that took me an hour to get from my original reservation that disappeared. Called back again (since Matt wouldn’t help) and they said there was in fact only one storage reservation and they didn’t have anymore available. Even though I reserved the two and they took my credit card and information for both units. What a hassle. It took so long that we had to extend the truck rental return a couple hours.
