Though I had requested to check in by phone, the gentleman at the location was able to assist me faster. Both were very nice, gave adequate instructions on everything, and truly made it an easy and enjoyable process! I picked this place based on the ratings and now I totally understand why they are rated so high!! Excellent customer service!! Would highly recommend them!!

MONIQUE TTook too long to get me processed and on my way. The employee there was not able to use the Uhaul system and complained about how slow and out of date it is, Mr. Martin struggled for 30 minutes using the Uhaul system and called Uhaul 3 times to get my in the system. The employee did not know how to hook up the uhaul trailer properly. I had to do it myself. I see this same scenario at other locations of Uhaul. It is obvious the training process for your employees is not good. This does have severe safety implications for customers and other motorist on our highways.
William WFriendly staff that shows concern for the equipment (and customer). Rates are good. The in-person pickup and return process was a little long but overall a good experience and I enjoyed talking with the owner. If you have time, I’d recommend the in-person option, but if you are on a tight schedule opt for the 24/7 experience and have the key in a combo box for pickup and return.
