Get someone else who knows what they are doing in the office. A nice old man in his vacuum shop should not be the one handling this service. He couldn't operate the computer or his cell phone properly. He also could barely read the text on the screens. Took us half an hour to check in. Parking lot isn't designed for having uhauls...just go up the road to the actual uhaul store and get better service and pricing
