They are scammers. They told us we could return the U-Haul to a different location, then completely flipped the story and claimed we brought the truck back three days later than we actually did. That is a flat-out lie. I’ve rented U-Hauls for years and never had an issue until this location ,so it’s clearly just this one. I will never rent from here again. Thankfully this is the first time I’ve experienced something like this, but people need to be aware of how this place operates.
