I will simply say that the customer service and care I received was great. Upon arriving on the property I was greeted with a smile by an employee. The process was quick, painless and handled with care. On the return it was the exact same, which typically isn't the case especially when it's right before closing time for the employee. THANK YOU!!
Corvell CMy experience was of the highest quality—especially since I came to this location after the original rental at another location wasn’t open to accept customers. Great customer service at the Bay Street location!
SHIRLEY DI can’t recommend this location to a friend due to the appearance of the location as it doesn’t reflect an official U-haul location and honestly would be hard for someone to navigate and find an associate to get there truck rental. I was also given inadequate information about drop off which has resulted in me having to dispute an erroneous charge of over $250 additional due to being misguided about where to drop off my u-haul truck rental.
David MThere was one individual taking care of customers and he just took the key and said I was all set. No receipt, no inspection of the truck etc. I thought that was odd so I called customer support which was excellent. I was so glad to be able to talk to a human being pretty quickly on the phone. The person on the phone was extremely helpful.
