Everything was perfect/ Kind, friendly and patient as I needed to extend multiple times and was very poor in communicating because I got very sick and den;t know. I will definitely rent from there again and hopefully every time I rent from Haul. I hated Penske they are the worst!

JAMES LCould it get any worse than this: I go to the right location at the right time only to find out that they decided not to work that day. Completely locked up. Did U-Haul notify me? No. I called customer service and they didn't even offer to let me just drop it there, asking me to take it to another location. Only when I said that I was leaving it did they accommodate that (the person was nice about it though). Overall, a terrible experience with U-Haul.

Jeffery MThe guys at Dominion are TERRIFIC! To improve for customers, they could add a small stock of most popular accessories. In my case, I needed a receiver and ball. Although they didn't have such, they did tell me where I could get it (almost next door) and told me to get the combination ball and receiver so that it would be tightened to factory specs. Very helpful. Please send my thanks to the guys at Dominion. :-)
