Dear U-Haul, I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent rental experience. Unfortunately, it rained on the day of my trip, and I discovered water leaking into the truck. This resulted in damage to several of my belongings. While I understand that the rain itself is not U-Haul's responsibility, I believe the truck's condition was a contributing factor to the damage.
