The guy accused me of hitting van which I did not. I was watching the mirrors and didn’t hit anything. He didn’t check in the truck timely as we dropped it off at noon, not 2:30, and pretty sure he didn’t check in all the blankets despite me telling him I had a total of four dozen on two orders. 0/10 would not recommend.

Melanie KInside can was gross and muddy. There was a soda can in the door. The back was filthy as well. Drivers headlight was out. Mixed up trucks (didn’t put the key in the box) and had to wait till she came. Put me 1+ hr behind schedule

Carl WBecause I got it on Saturday for like 4 to 6 hours but they said I had 24 hours, by the time we got everything in the truck all my people were exhausted so we just left it in the truck parked it at my sisters, I called talk to some guy he told I didn't have to have it there til 12:30 Sunday the 8th he said that it was fine if I went over a little so it was around 1:15 when dropped off I stopped and had fast put in it so then the next day Monday the 9th I look at my bank account and saw they double charged me also checked my email it said I was charged 2 days which put my account into a negative balance so I called talked to a lady she said she handles it, said she would refund my money still waiting on it now my bank charged me a $36.00 overdraft fee which came out of my paycheck that went in today I would just like my refund back!!!
