Awesome service super nice easy to deal with
BRIAN AHave the person in charge be there on time. We waited over an hour for them to arrive on the job. Have a clean unit with a full tank of gas. Not over charge for mileage. I personally rented a truck in Morgantown recently. The mileage was much less expensive and the truck was clean and full of gas. The employee was also professional. We decided to use a local company rather than driving from Fairmont to Morgantown but were sorry that we didn’t. We would have been charged less, had a clean vehicle and gotten done sooner with our move because we wouldn’t have had to wait for 1.5 hours just for the office staff to arrive at work. We will never use U-Haul again.
