The trailer was very old and I was concerned that it would even make it to Kentucky. The employee even said that the trailed should have been retired a long time ago.
JANNA CI returned my trailer sooner than expected because the door on the trailer wouldn't come down. I was given a trailer with a door that was stuck. I'm 57 years old and had to find guys at Big R to come help me. The door latch was stuck and jammed. And once they got the door down it was hard to latch it at the bottom. And then roll it up. When i returned the trailer sooner than expected no compensation was offer to me. I was just told they would take the trailer out of service. No apology for it not working properly. :-( I guess next time I have to make sure everything is working before leaving. I had even asked to get a newer trailer and wasn't given that when left. there was a newer one there but I didn't want to go back in and have them change the trailer number that i was checking out because i didn't have much time.
Pinder BU-haul website was down which wasn't helpful but we got it worked out. Service at the location was great.
Christopher OThe truck I rented was the worst vehicle I have ever driven in my life. It only got 6 miles to the gallon and the check engine light was always on.
