Very professional and courteous. Rental associate went to inspect truck and once she returned she said I was good to go. Not sure how cost effective it would be but I didn't mind the 15ft truck I rented but it sucked gas like a camel sucking water in the desert. I think I averaged 9.5 miles a gallon. I can say it's very noisy inside the cabin while driving down the highway so maybe some noise insulation behind the wall of the overhead would be nice.

I declined the insurance, etc online. However, when I picked up the trailer, they added it without my knowledge or consent, more than doubling the price. Didn't say a work to me about it.

Hey, This guy has previously used my email by mistake. I called uhaul and asked to have it removed as it is an error. Inwas told I would no longer get emails. Hellojp@gmail.com does not rent u-hauls. Please please please remove my email from your systems. If need be, please call the location where it was rented to remove it from their systems as well. I don't want anymore emails from u-haul. JP

There was only one person to help a bunch of customers. Poor guy. Was charged an extra day for rental. Not sure why but it was corrected promptly after I explained the error. Manager was very easy to work with and flexible which is really appreciated during a hectic move. Thanks!
