I drove 60 miles and put 7 gallons of gas in it afterwards, using the gas gauge as a reference for how much to put in. I was STILL charged a gallon of gas on my bill, an additional cost of over $8. If my math is correct, that truck gets 7.5 mpg, which is terrible, especially considering the truck was empty for half the time I had it and the other half did not have a heavy load in it. It's also terrible for the environment. I also don't understand why UHaul does not have a different way to determine how much gas is in the tank. It's 2026, and the world has put rovers on Mars but yet UHaul is still using 1950's vehicle technology to decide whether or not the renter is charged $8+ per gallon. Surely there is some technology that could be added to your trucks that would specifically tell the driver how many gallons of gas they have used - including how much gas they might need between the gas station and the return location. Instead, by using outdated fuel gauges, UHaul has the greatest scam going in which the driver must err in favor of UHaul by putting more gas in the tank than it had when it was picked up, or getting dinged $8+ per gallon on their bill. It's nearly impossible to get it exactly right with your gas gauge, so the customer almost always pays extra one way or the other If it weren't for this additional charge, I would have given this location an Excellent rating. I considered giving less that Above Average based on this issue, but I believe doing so would unfairly punish the location for something that is beyond their control. So, I think Above Average is fair with consideration for this issue.

Yolanda WKG Auto was where we picked up the trailer. The initial paperwork was handled by Rebecca Guinn at the Kimberly Rd. location. Rebecca was a pleasure to work with and made our experience great. She was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and worked hard to find the right trailer for our needs. We had just wrecked our RV, and she went out of the way to help us. The guys at KG Auto were great also. They were friendly and professional.
