truck had somali scent oil spilled all over the floor the stench was very bad . i mopped the back of the truck and hung dryer sheets to mask the foul smell.when we went to leave our place the truck would not start that set us back about 5 hours.The lady at the location seemed alot more concerned than the guy did.Not worth the time or money.Clean the trucks please.

Ordered blankets, appliance dolly and furniture dolly. None of that was in the vehicle. Tried to rent for Owatonna but then was changed to faribault and expected to pay the extra mileage to drive back and forth instead of a credit for the mileage difference. Unable to get the items I was expecting. Very poor service!
