The vehicle smelled like urine and there was trash inside. I did take a photo of it when I took the vehicle.
ANGELINA CLet the customer know how to put CarPlay or use the screen with the phone. I had a hard time with that and was unable to connect.
TILDA SI was kept waiting way too long. Pricing expectations were unclear and the representative didn't seem to know much about policy. Since moving can be stressful, and I had to wait so long for the representative, I just wanted to get out of there as fast as possible.
ANTHONY LI dropped the truck after hours and so I did not access the office or interact with any personnel.
