Pamela H.Wasn't this locations fault the vehicle was in poor mechanical condition. It was there fault for not following up why the vehicle was turned in late and 300 miles shy of its intended destination. Mayne they should check with the other offices that were contacted and not immediately Screw the customer. Like I said glad I own trucks and trailers thought the uhaul would be beneficial and save money. I clearly was wrong. Never again will I make this $1000 mistake. Literally moved nothing with this truck.
