The represenative was rude, overtalking me, misquoting distance and when I clarified he started speaking over me again said he knows he knows, he is hard of hearing and still put the wrong mileage on the paperwork, so I was under the impression I was paying nearly half as much as I did based on his quote for the lower mileage he and when I addressed it he said I must have told him wrong and that it was no big deal, and it is a big deal to me because I surely would have declined the UHAUL and just gotten a few friends to help me move things over in their trucks and pay them in a house party and spirits to make it worthwhile.

I have such a great amount of satisfaction for the Pemberton location there is very little left to do. When I arrived, the truck I reserved had mechanical issues (needed transmission fluid.) Since there wasn't another truck that size, I was upgraded to the next largest size at no extra cost. I truly appreciate the quality of service I receive there.
