When I got in the first U-Haul the gas tank had a hole in it and as I poured my $25 into the tank the gas was leaking on to the ground causing a safety hazard for me and near by cars. I was charged for going 132 miles when I only went a total of 84 at the max and wasn’t refunded the full amount do to the refund of reimbursement for failure to keep up with maintenance and well being of the truck and the customer.
