The employee working here is awesome!!! Give him better products! My uhaul has check engine light on. Regarding customer service, the gentleman that works there is terrific and the reason why I return back to this location each time I need a moving vehicle.

Went to pickup transport after loading truck and the plug for trailer was bad. Was delayed by 7 hours. Put me way behind in my move. Felt in danger because I had to get to my destination on Saturday and was left to drive in the dark and in the rain. All could have been avoided if plug was properly checked from the start. If it wasn't for Paul at the local u haul my delay would have been much worse. He was the one who arranged the transfer of my goods It was confusing at web site to pick 3 movers even though Shirley tried to help . I was confused and just wanted to get on the road . Also when trucks were changed in the computer mileage and fuel status was not transfer correctly.The ending mileage and fuel status of the 1st truck was transferred as the begging of the 2nd truck. The 2nd truck indicating a full fuel tanks which was not the case. It was only half full. I didn't notice this until I went to turn in truck the following day . I put $69.00 into the 2nd truck while I was waiting for the movers to come. I filled up 1st truck from 1/4 tank to full before I loaded it to make my exiting from Fayettville NC easier. The electrical issues on the 1st truck was found 2 days later when I returned to pick up transport with a fully loaded truck I feel I should be fully credited on my card for the move If I U haul would allow the local dealer to fix minor things like change out a plug or replace a fuse all this mess could have been avoided. Can't say it enough the local dealer Paul and his crew They did all they could do. U- Haul itself is the ones to blame for the mess I went through. I wouldn't want this to happen to anyone else.
