Have your computer computers working instead of making us wait two hours
DEMOND TWe picked up the transport Friday, but we did not use the transport so it was said by the Supervisor Paul if we return it they would refund us for it so we returned the transport on Sunday to the same location we picked it up from in Fayetteville, NC. The receipt says we took it to Michigan. He said look for the refund by Tuesday, as of today Wednesday it has not been refunded to us. So that was shady! We called and asked and if they had said no then we would have just kept and and brought it with us to Michigan. Why lie?
ANGELA SKnob missing on driver’s window crank. Difficult to roll up and down. No dome light in the cab. Otherwise it was just fine.
WANDA CThis location managed by Paul was outstanding! However, U-Haul Corp needs to get its act together with its computer system. My recommendation is to fire your IT head and about half of his top staff. U-Haul's brand will start to suffer and when that happens it will be hard to get it back!. While I was there I saw several people leave and go elsewhere. In fact, I was headed to Enterprise when I received a phone from Paul, the manager or one of his staff that the system was up, so I returned. There is only so much that a franchisee can do--the franchisor MUST do their part! I owned a franchise of one of the top Search and Recruiting firms in the nation. so I speak from experience. Call me if a senior level corporate Customer Service official wants to talk further. I'm not interested in talking to a low level person.
