Rented a trailer had snow in it ,had to dig the snow out of it. The customer service girl was exalent.

Les FThe trailer was frozen to the ground and the staff was ZERO help. My husband literally had to muscle it out. Then the tire needed air and her solution was to ask us if we had any way to pump it up. Completely unimpressed.
