Rented a trailer had snow in it ,had to dig the snow out of it. The customer service girl was exalent.

Clarence HRented a truck and car dolley both coated with snow and ice and we needed to help attendant to dig out. Package rented worked well.
Les FThe trailer was frozen to the ground and the staff was ZERO help. My husband literally had to muscle it out. Then the tire needed air and her solution was to ask us if we had any way to pump it up. Completely unimpressed.
James WThe check-in process for the truck was absolutely ridiculous on my phone. It kept asking me to take pictures to upload at least one picture it kept saying, and yet I took pictures after pictures after pictures and it wouldn’t allow me to upload any of them. I took the pictures through the app. It also wouldn’t allow me to take pictures on my own camera and then upload them. I ended up honestly closing the app and giving up and just leaving with the truck because it just would not complete the pick up process.
