My original reservation was changed without my knowledge. Location and size of vehicle . When I called the Fenlon location, they had no idea why. Pam came to the rescue, figured everything out, made a new reservation for me, cancelled the old one. If U-HAUL makes changes INFORM the customer. I never got the phone call prior to pick up that my message indicated I would. FENLON location was great and Pam was a hero

Simplest drop off ever, with kind, friendly staff.
JEFFREY CMotorcycle trailer hitch had no secure feature, just a screw down lock which would be easy to steal with cargo and no way to secure overnight while on truck. Left my bike locked off the trailer over night for this reason.
