The check-in process for the truck was absolutely ridiculous on my phone. It kept asking me to take pictures to upload at least one picture it kept saying, and yet I took pictures after pictures after pictures and it wouldn’t allow me to upload any of them. I took the pictures through the app. It also wouldn’t allow me to take pictures on my own camera and then upload them. I ended up honestly closing the app and giving up and just leaving with the truck because it just would not complete the pick up process.
