MELISSA WWarning. There is no place to park your vehicle if you are picking up a U-Haul truck or van. I have rented a U-Haul over 25 times and this was the first time I was told I could not park my vehicle there. When I asked what people do the lady behind the counter said most people get dropped off. Maybe they should have something on the website that indicates there is no parking for your vehicle. I was also advised there is no way to check in with your phone even though the option was there when I booked it. You have to go inside and get assistance
