Having a customer return there is fine however making them back up a trailer into a specific spot then park the truck elsewhere was ridiculous! Driver's of a 26' truck cannot see a tiny trailer ... Location is very remote, would have liked to return it to a larger location where parking isn't a problem.

Michael CI had a disagreement with the my receipt. I called and it was corrected immediately. Your customer service is outstanding. My only complaint is the location was complicated to get to. It's a country store and the attendant, although friendly, did not inspect the truck when I turned it in.
