We were there 10 minutes early for our reservation but the person cannot sign into their account. They ended up having to change their password and then ask us our information several times. In between the waiting on customers and pushing us back words and we're waiting longer. We needed to be somewhere by 11:00 and it took us 40 minutes to get our truck which is ridiculous. In my opinion this person should be able to be signed into their account before you're there to pick up your vehicle and if there's an issue know about it prior to getting there to pick up the truck. This was a complete waste of our time we are completely unhappy with the service and in my opinion deserve a refund. Because then we tried to drop the truck off that evening to a drop off site that no longer accepts drop offs. So I was then on the phone again with you all and the girl hung up on me so I had to call again and speak to someone else. We ended up having to take the U-Haul truck to a different location and it took us an hour and a half to drop the truck off because of all the changes and calling around to try to get a new location to drop the truck at. We wasted over 2 hours of our time on pick up and drop off which is ridiculous and I'm requesting a refund

Nothing, everything was perfect
Clifton CHaving a customer return there is fine however making them back up a trailer into a specific spot then park the truck elsewhere was ridiculous! Driver's of a 26' truck cannot see a tiny trailer ... Location is very remote, would have liked to return it to a larger location where parking isn't a problem.
