We only put some small furniture and totes with glass in the trailer. We were charged a cleaning fee even though it was returned exactly how we picked it up. We even had to put new tape over holes in the roof that had been covered once to keep rain out. There was no attendant on site. I feel this is a scam for a few more bucks hoping no one will notice. If your going to charge me I want to have someone there!!! I am very disappointed!!

Pick up was easy. No issues
Christan STh man I spoke to about returning the truck wound up being helpful, but started condescending. I called to inquire about after hour drop off instructions, and he started his response by saying "Well, you're going to drive it to our address...." Yeah, I didn't think it would teleport there.
Ashley LAnthony was fabulous!! So helpful, kind, and one of the best people we have ever dealt with in any capacity. Just a really great guy. It is the best place to go!!
