Location was closed and representative could not contact employee. Waited in the hot sun for 30 minutes until we could upload drivers license over phone. No gas in the tank

ELIZABETH VThe only thing that was not included in my rental was the requested utility dolly. I will be calling Uhaul customer service to get my $7 credit for the dolly that was not in the back of the truck.
