Vacant dirt lot, unattended, but Anthony met me there. Anthony was over the top,a pleasure to meet and made it all easy and quick! Another is a wonderful person
JASON GAlthough the facility was good, my experience with U-Haul in general was horrific. I had to go to three different locations and be charged three different times before finally quiring a vehicle that actually had keys available and that I could drive I wasted two hours of my day and numerous phone calls which were disconnected and I had to go back onto the hold line Very dissatisfied with U-Haul in general
Carol RNo one told us the trucks weren't at the shop. The address is wrong. The location trucks were at was wrong. No info on were the keys were. No one told us anything.
Jeremy HWe broke down twice once in Oklahoma City and in another place in Kansas, we had to wait for the technician to come out. We lost two hours each time that was four hours total which we could’ve been on the road. We were not happy that it ran all the way to Oklahoma City and then we have issues.
