The only thing that was not included in my rental was the requested utility dolly. I will be calling Uhaul customer service to get my $7 credit for the dolly that was not in the back of the truck.

Anthony was friendly courteous and helpful. I was able to rent the tow dolly without any issues. Will use them again.
ROWAN VWe only put some small furniture and totes with glass in the trailer. We were charged a cleaning fee even though it was returned exactly how we picked it up. We even had to put new tape over holes in the roof that had been covered once to keep rain out. There was no attendant on site. I feel this is a scam for a few more bucks hoping no one will notice. If your going to charge me I want to have someone there!!! I am very disappointed!!

Christan STh man I spoke to about returning the truck wound up being helpful, but started condescending. I called to inquire about after hour drop off instructions, and he started his response by saying "Well, you're going to drive it to our address...." Yeah, I didn't think it would teleport there.
