That app that you use to pick up the vehicle needs some serious work. I spent hours trying to get that vehicle out of the parking lot. The fuel tank was also empty. However they did give me a $30 credit for that so that was very much appreciated.

I will say the return process is very difficult. The app and emails doesn’t say where the return location is. I contacted U-Haul at 2am because I couldn’t sleep and wanted to see where drop off was to plan accordingly with my kids in the morning seeing it was due at 8am. Well nothing sorted out at that time. Was told need to contact later. So contacted again around 7am to see where drop off was. Had to call in and finally got someone around 7:40. They first tried having me do drop off 30-40min away from my ending address. Mind you if was given at time of rental and informed I wanted to drop off near that address. Well after a long time I was able to get drop off close by and extended. But it was a very stressful process till the final rep. I was at first racing to get my kids up and in the car but he extended it a day seeing I was trying to hurry my kids while on the phone. But def need to fix the return process. That was bad.
KRISTEN RI fricken love Anthony. I’d rent from him even if it were out of my way. He’s picky about returning the truck clean, which means the next time I rent from him-the truck will be clean. Can’t say enough about his operation in Florence. Gold Star!
