Nothing at all, the people were friendly (even warmed up the truck and cleaned the ice off the window!) They took care of everything and made the process so easy! Would rent here again!

JOHN JYou need to allow one way rentals for ALL of your trailers! I had to rent for 2x longer than necessary and had to tow an empty trailer from NY to TN because no U-Haul location would allow a one way rental. Bad policy for a moving company.
