Teena FThe UHaul app might be one of the worst applications I have ever used in my life. Uploading of photos constantly fails and just gets stuck in a loop. I had 5G and stable internet. The servers and application must have been coded by 2nd graders using AI vibe coding with how horrendous it is. Will be taking my business elsewhere next time simply because of how horrible the app is and will never recommend UHaul to anyone.

JOHN JYou need to allow one way rentals for ALL of your trailers! I had to rent for 2x longer than necessary and had to tow an empty trailer from NY to TN because no U-Haul location would allow a one way rental. Bad policy for a moving company.

JOSEPH WThe customer service at Roe Brothers was great. The only thing I DIDN'T like about the experience was the crazy-high mileage charge at $1.49/mile. I was told at one point that if I went over 100 miles, it would drop to .49/mile but apparently that promotion was no longer valid. .
