Picked up with less than a quarter tank of gas. Truck broke down halfway through the drive. The tech took 2 hours to get to us and then once repairs were finally completed we had to find somewhere to stay for the night. Extended the trip by almost 24 hrs and we lost all the frozen food in our coolers.

JASON SNo issue with the location. Our vehicle had a faint odor in the cargo area but otherwise looked clean. My only gripe is with the mobile app—so buggy! We were set back 20+ min trying to return our rental. It had trouble confirming our geolocation and our photo uploads kept timing out. Please optimize the app.
