Tunisia NUpon returning the truck, I reported the roof leak to the on-site staff and inquired whether any adjustment or assistance could be made regarding the rental cost, given the damage caused by the water during my move. Unfortunately, I have not received any follow-up or communication since then, which has been quite disappointing. I would appreciate it if a member of the U-Haul team could reach out to address this matter.
