Tooooo many texts and phone calls. My first reservation was put in someone else's name (Wendall) along with my credit card info. Thank GOD I called to confirm my reservation the next day. I had to do another reservation. I returned the Uhaul the same day at the designated location and got a text the next morning at 8am asking where the Uhaul was. WTF? It was dropped off the day before at about 4:30 and I called the district number when I dropped it off and let them know that it was dropped off!!!!! Multiple text and emails (25 plus) to rent a Uhaul for a one day 90 mile trip!!!!!!!!!!! I had to make multiple unnecessary phone calls. Service sucks. This is my second time renting. The first time was just as bad as this one.
