Ricky mWhen I got to the location, the truck that was assigned to me didn’t have any keys in it. The location was closed so I had to call customer service. I had to call four times because the calls kept getting disconnected on their end. I got there at 10:53 to pick up the truck and wasn’t able to get one until 11:36. I have used this 24/7 service before at another place in Forney and everything went well. Unfortunately, this was not the case this time.
Doris STooooo many texts and phone calls. My first reservation was put in someone else's name (Wendall) along with my credit card info. Thank GOD I called to confirm my reservation the next day. I had to do another reservation. I returned the Uhaul the same day at the designated location and got a text the next morning at 8am asking where the Uhaul was. WTF? It was dropped off the day before at about 4:30 and I called the district number when I dropped it off and let them know that it was dropped off!!!!! Multiple text and emails (25 plus) to rent a Uhaul for a one day 90 mile trip!!!!!!!!!!! I had to make multiple unnecessary phone calls. Service sucks. This is my second time renting. The first time was just as bad as this one.
WARREN LPlace is not in a common area of Forney. Please be patient if customer arrives late.
