I sat outside for almost 2hrs. I wear oxygen and it had to stand there In the heat because they locked the doors but yet allowed me to reserve and book online!

Ricky mWhen I got to the location, the truck that was assigned to me didn’t have any keys in it. The location was closed so I had to call customer service. I had to call four times because the calls kept getting disconnected on their end. I got there at 10:53 to pick up the truck and wasn’t able to get one until 11:36. I have used this 24/7 service before at another place in Forney and everything went well. Unfortunately, this was not the case this time.
