The location, people, processes, etc, at the pickup location were all smooth and pleasant; absolutely no complaints. My only issue was that the truck was in a condition that it should only be used for local rentals and not my 13-hour trip through steep mountains. It was old with many miles, had very sloppy steering, only got 7 MPG (I rented a similar 20' truck 3 weeks earlier that got 9.5 MPG on the same trip), and the power steering started making a very loud screech about halfway through the trip. Inconveniently, it was missing newer technology (digital dashboards, USB, etc.) that is helpful on long, grueling trips.
