Rented a 15' truck online & picked it up at a local merchant. Check in went very smoothly, the truck was clean & ran well while we used it. We used a key drop box after hours, & the merchant completed the transaction first thing the next business day.

Good folks tending the shop
Claudio PI rented for the day, I had to clean the inside before I could use it. The outside was beyond dirty! No air! The fan didn’t work. This truck needs a ton of attention. Shame on you all for not renting the clean truck sitting on the lot. You get a poor grade from me!

SHAYNA SI told the cashier I was hauling a load to the dump. The way she explained insurance, I thought I bought vehicle covereage. Turns out she sold me cargo insurance - for my trash! I did scrape the back part of the truck at the dump. I would like the contract to clearly state what I'm getting for my money. Also, the truck's battery died. The Rental location was the only place I could get a truck on Saturday, so I'm glad I got a truck. Bucashier. better train the cadhier.
