This is the second time I have used UHaul in two months for a longer distance move. Both the truck and trailer were solid and made the trip rather easy. Would definitely call on them again.

They sent me to a drop off location, assuring me of after hours capability for me then to find out that it was closed, no drop off after hours and it screwed up a very important tight schedule I was keeping.

I would prefer the other U-Haul store in Ft Bragg. There was a lot of trouble in getting the van checked out glitches with the computer. It took almost 30 minutes to redo paperwork I had already done on line.

The pick up location was changed at the last minute by U-Haul. We incurred hotel expenses in order to pick up the equipment in a timely manner, and had to drive 50 miles out of our way. U-Haul should have advised us more than one day ahead so that we could make alternate arrangements with our moving crew.

Vehicles were dirty(Pryor rentals garbage and grime) lights on tow bar passenger side not working. Personnel were nice and courteous. Just had to go way out of my way, not compensated enough to drive in a completely unessessary direction and and to be there at a time 10 and a half hours before my original reservation was not good...I had no choice for this move had to happen. Not happy!

The people here were very helpful with the check-in process, although they informed me they could not help me unhitch and unload my car even thought in Denver I was told not to do it myself, but rather let the folks in FB do it. I will need another truck in about two months. If I go with Uhaul, which is doubtful at this point, I would hope for better information and assistance.

Rental Place kindly accepted my truck and dolly at their location after I repeatedly told Curtner staff that the drop off location THEY wanted me to use was closed that weekend for a funeral and they put that address down anyways making it more difficult for the Rental place folks to figure out what Curtner screwed up.

Hello. The rental of the uhaul was a good experience overall. The only really very negative aspect of it was the pick up. I don't know his name but surely you can figure it out, the man that checked us in had a extremely arrogant and unhelpful attitude. Such a person should not be doing public work. It's a shame because the lady with whom we return the vehicle was the complete opposite. Very nice and gracious. Nonetheless, the first impression was so unpleasant that we will make a point to NEVER rent a uhaul at that location again. I also will make sure to tell everyone around us about the bad service this guy gave us. There is a second uhaul location center in Fort Bragg and this is where I'll go next time. I'll try to avoid "the Party place" at all costs in the future. Sent from my iPhone
