I think adapter for trailer lights should be included in rental. Same adapter can be purchased at auto store for 1/10 the price charged at rental place.

Trailer is like new and very very clean which we appreciate. Ready when we needed it and worked perfectly. It was also easy to reserve by phone after doing the research online about what size we needed. Thank you, U-Haul!

Easy to find, easy parking, extra help picking out supplies needed......I can think of nothing that would help improve customer relations.

This is a very old 5X8 van and has much damage such as broken tie downs that have not been repaired. One running light was not working. Worst U-Haul trailer I have rented.

Make your computer system work effectively and efficiently. Speed up the delays from your corporate center to the field. I lost at least an hour waiting on delays from you the demands of your central management and their bureaucracy.

Don't rent trucks that smell of pot so bad that you can't use it

The only issue that I am having is a billing issue. The young man that assisted me, Brian, gave me a number to call. I spoke with a lady named Melinda, she put in a ticket. I have not heard back from management.
