The service at your Mulberry location was fine, but I had reserved a truck for the day before, on a Sunday, was told to pick it up in Greeley, nearly an hour away and out in the middle of nowhere. I had 2 movers on the clock, ready to start the load on Sunday night, at $100/hour. When I opened the U-Haul app, it would not let me login (I had full bars, and I’m tech savvy). Twice I called, went through the loop of options, and twice I got a human on the other end. Both times they transferred me to what they promised would be another actual human. Both times, however, I got sent back into the loop and was prompted to “download the app.” I was there for an hour, after dark on a Sunday. I would leave a better review if I was offered a full refund instead of just an extra day of truck usage. Both the movers and I were all on a very tight schedule, so the overall experience was sub par. As for cleanliness, I’m an AirBnB super host as well as an executive housekeeper for customer homes. The steering wheel, cup holders, window cranks and dashboard were not clean at all. Sorry guys — you’re a massive and established corporation. Pay your lay people more, fix the bugs on your app, and never leave a woman stranded at a facility in one of Colorado’s sketchiest towns.

JOSEPH HThe check-in process with the app was not simple at all. I did not know that I had to pick the unit up within an hour of reservation time. Photos would not upload to the app as well. Check-out had the same issues.
