I have come here a few times and every time the computer system is out of control. I really needed to be in and out and I was inside waiting for 40 minutes while the guy tried to get the computer to work. Its that this is just how it works there.
ZACHARY CThe trailer was returned on 07/09-26 at around 1615. I had contacted the store about the drop off. They were very responsive and helpful on the phone. A little disappointed on my recipe showing that it was not returned until the 10th at 3pm. I am very pleased with all services provided by U-Haul on both pick up and return.

teresa vI had a major issue with the air conditioning in the truck. It didn't work for the vast majority of the trip, and I was driving through the Texas heat all day Tuesday. It would only work if I decelerated, which was not often. I want to be compensated for this discomfort, because it also happened on my last U-Haul rental.
