Drop-off guy was super cool and helpful. He was the only one there and handled everything with a friendly and easy-going attitude. Drop off was quick and easy and we appreciated the employee's personality!

After being treated rudely by the large dedicated U-Haul location in town, I can not recommend Mulberry Storage high enough. It was the best experience I have had with U-Haul. Very clean and treated courteous and professional. Will definitely use this location for future U-Haul needs.

CHRISTOPHER HI have come here a few times and every time the computer system is out of control. I really needed to be in and out and I was inside waiting for 40 minutes while the guy tried to get the computer to work. Its that this is just how it works there.
ZACHARY CThe trailer was returned on 07/09-26 at around 1615. I had contacted the store about the drop off. They were very responsive and helpful on the phone. A little disappointed on my recipe showing that it was not returned until the 10th at 3pm. I am very pleased with all services provided by U-Haul on both pick up and return.
