The trailer was returned on 07/09-26 at around 1615. I had contacted the store about the drop off. They were very responsive and helpful on the phone. A little disappointed on my recipe showing that it was not returned until the 10th at 3pm. I am very pleased with all services provided by U-Haul on both pick up and return.

teresa vI had a major issue with the air conditioning in the truck. It didn't work for the vast majority of the trip, and I was driving through the Texas heat all day Tuesday. It would only work if I decelerated, which was not often. I want to be compensated for this discomfort, because it also happened on my last U-Haul rental.
SCOTTY MAndrew was fantastic. Easily the nicest guy I've dealt with.
