Nothing negative to say about this location. The property manager was extremely helpful despite the process taking over an hour to pick up my reservation. The problem was on UHaul’s system. And the price was absolutely absurd for a simple one-way car carrier rental.

Candace BThe staff at the pick up location was great, however it was very inconvenient to drive 40 miles out of the way to pick up the truck. Though I was allotted additional miles, that did not help with the additional fuel cost.
Angela WTruck had transmission slip issues. Did not have dolly as requested and only received 8 pads instead of 24. No one was on site to deal with issues. Had to go to two other locations and drive 40 extra miles to find dolly.
JOEL BThe service at your Mulberry location was fine, but I had reserved a truck for the day before, on a Sunday, was told to pick it up in Greeley, nearly an hour away and out in the middle of nowhere. I had 2 movers on the clock, ready to start the load on Sunday night, at $100/hour. When I opened the U-Haul app, it would not let me login (I had full bars, and I’m tech savvy). Twice I called, went through the loop of options, and twice I got a human on the other end. Both times they transferred me to what they promised would be another actual human. Both times, however, I got sent back into the loop and was prompted to “download the app.” I was there for an hour, after dark on a Sunday. I would leave a better review if I was offered a full refund instead of just an extra day of truck usage. Both the movers and I were all on a very tight schedule, so the overall experience was sub par. As for cleanliness, I’m an AirBnB super host as well as an executive housekeeper for customer homes. The steering wheel, cup holders, window cranks and dashboard were not clean at all. Sorry guys — you’re a massive and established corporation. Pay your lay people more, fix the bugs on your app, and never leave a woman stranded at a facility in one of Colorado’s sketchiest towns.
