The gentleman at Pinedog was very accommodating and had my trailer hooked up and ready to go in a short time. When I discovered the trailer I had rented was too small for the items I needed to move, he quickly switched me to a larger trailer. He also assisted in testing the trailer lights and answered all my questions regarding documenting the condition of the trailers with the Uhaul app,
