Then upon returning it after hours I was charged a $25 cleaning fee. What?!? I returned it in the same condition I picked it up in AND with 1/2 tank MORE gas than it had in it when I picked it up. I have pictures that show the truck wasn’t clean in fine condition. I even cleaned out the previous person’s trash and the thanks I get is a $25 cleaning fee. Not happy.

Trailer in good shape and pick up smooth, but location added $70 of unwanted insurance already specifically declined at reservation, increasing the total amount by almost 20%.
MARK LArrived at the time scheduled to rent a truck per booking made with mobile device. Despite being normal business hours, nobody was present to release keys to us. Called into the location, and was told that nobody was present. Was told to wait 20 minutes for someone to return. Waited about 45 minutes before someone showed up (disinterested and making jokes). I typically do not leave negative reviews, but you cannot have listed business hours and then not be present for said listed business hours. Had I known that was a possibility, I would have taken my business elsewhere. Would strongly recommend against using this location, as you may have a similar experience.
Tyler SI was worried because I was late to pickup and they were closed. But I was still able to pick up a truck at Pinedog Automotive because of their key lock-box set up - all I had to do was call the number in the email receipt they gave me. That helped a lot.
