The only thing I'm thinking could be corrected is more lighting! We could not find the gate keypad as it was so dark on the grounds. It was also pitch black while loading the unit. We couldn't see and kept sliding and slipping on snow by the entrance to our unit. Otherwise the girl at the desk was so friendly and helpful!! She saved us after a long trip and last minute decision to store things.
JODY MI have rented a few times and Andrea has always got me in and out with a truck. Recommend to anyone.
