Monica BThe location itself is fine. My bigger issue is the entire process of checking the truck out and returning it. It puts far too much responsibility on the customer. Taking multiple photos, following a long set of instructions, and completing all the required steps feels excessive. It ends up feeling like I’m doing all the work while the dealer does almost nothing. This should be far more streamlined, similar to renting a car. Given the size and scale of U-Haul, the customer experience should be much more efficient and service-oriented.
KEITH WNo improvements needed at this location. All my questions were answered, the facility had plenty of room to drive in and out to access the trailer, and the staff was quick and professional. I'll be using this location next time.
