This location is very helpful and does a great job of handling U-Haul well above the others and their service to the customer. They only issue I had was that U-Haul wouldn't accept my driver's license even though it was well within the range of the state of Iowa for being valid in state of Iowa you have 30 days excuse me 60 days past your birthday that your license is still valid mine was less than 30 days past my birthday and they wouldn't accept it I had to get other means to book the trailer. This was on a location issue it was a U-Haul issue

Bryan FYou can charge the next customer the price that was quoted to them via phone, instead of charging three times that. I was quoted one day, one way for a car trailer @ 54.95, not was I quoted that, but a loyal customer of yours was quoted that same price not once but twice. When I arrived to pick up the trailer, I was charged $185.11 and was told the charges were firm and it didn't matter what I was quoted. Therefore I would not recommend using U-haul to anyone for anything.
