Pick up and drop off was very smooth. Everyone was helpful and friendly. I did however have problems with additional mileage charge and have spent much time and 4 phone calls to get this accomplished. I was charged extra due to there not being a local drop off. I have worked hard to get the charges reimbursed. . . .still working on it.

Was not happy to be charged an extra $9 for exceeding miles when there are plenty of Uhaul locations in Burlington. It would not give me any of those location options when booking the return.
