You can charge the next customer the price that was quoted to them via phone, instead of charging three times that. I was quoted one day, one way for a car trailer @ 54.95, not was I quoted that, but a loyal customer of yours was quoted that same price not once but twice. When I arrived to pick up the trailer, I was charged $185.11 and was told the charges were firm and it didn't matter what I was quoted. Therefore I would not recommend using U-haul to anyone for anything.
