The service rep wasted 20 mins selling the $5 insurance for key and $16 for collusion damage. I explained him that this is not mandatory to take, he wasn’t aware of it so called the customer service to confirm followed by his manager.

Also could use a sweep out from gravel or plastic fork remaining from previous renter. I rented the same trailer with the same plastic fork and gravel/sand
