Dropped the vehicle off at 11:30 as it was due back by noon. Recieved an email at 2:25 with an invoice for an extra day, they checked it in late and then decided to bill me, nice. Those people are fucking assholes and I am not impressed. Won't be recommending U-Haul services to anyone, if anything I'll tell them to go somewhere else.

The interior was filthy, the drivers window crank was broken, check engine light was on, it billowed smoke for the 22km I had it, and ordered and paid for a dozen moving blankets but was only given 6. I returned the van shortly over an hour of using it (instead of the 4 hours I had booked) and informed the agent. He said he would adjust the bill for the blankets (only $10), but even that did not get done. $111 for 22km trip 🤦♂️

Ronald GThe truck was very dirty, not at all clean. It showed 0 oil warning. Pretty sure it didn’t had winter tire as the truck got stuck multiple times in very shallow snow from where a front wheel drive sedan can very easily pass. Overall it was a big headache. U-haul is supposed to make moving easier, but since we got this truck, we spent most time shovelling the snow to get truck out of there. 0 out of 5 STARS.
Abhishek PI picked up the truck at 11 it was on a half of a tank of gas . Could not move into the new place until after 12:30when I went to use the truck at 1 o’clock couldn’t get the back door open brought it back to the shop. The man there managed to get the door open. I don’t know how I took the truck back to where I was moving, try to get the back door open it would not open for me or multiple of my family member. brought the vehicle back at 2:00 left it as we could not get the back door open. I had to use my own personal truck and friends trucks to move. and then got charged the full amount of $153 for a vehicle that I could not use and then had to pay for gas for our personal trucks.
