I picked up the truck at 11 it was on a half of a tank of gas . Could not move into the new place until after 12:30when I went to use the truck at 1 o’clock couldn’t get the back door open brought it back to the shop. The man there managed to get the door open. I don’t know how I took the truck back to where I was moving, try to get the back door open it would not open for me or multiple of my family member. brought the vehicle back at 2:00 left it as we could not get the back door open. I had to use my own personal truck and friends trucks to move. and then got charged the full amount of $153 for a vehicle that I could not use and then had to pay for gas for our personal trucks.

Sara CHorrible customer service, they did not explain anything, just gave me the keys. Also the van was not clean.
Farhan AWhen I picked up the trailer the attendant pointed to which unit was mine and walked away. Didn’t offer to assist in any way. All good I hooked up myself. When I dropped off I disconnected and went and told the attendant I was dropping off. He informed me it was in the wrong place. Guess I would have been more receptive and moved it had there been some assistance on pick up. You don’t want to help with pick up don’t expect me to help at drop off. Petty I know.
