The tow trailer was an older model but it was all that was available. One of the lights was hanging but still worked. Inside was clean. The customer service was friendly and answered any of my questions. Upon returning the unit we had trouble unhooking from truck. The worker was pleasant and came out to assist. Took some effort but was glad it came off. All was good, and pleased with the friendly help we received. It was my 3rd time renting in 3 weeks. Wouldn’t hesitate to go back there again.
