This location should do training to all locations on how to check out a vehicle and how to communicate with customers. The check out location did not even apologize for the inconvenience, they both seemed uncaring. The drop off location was caring and apologetic.

The area manager charged me for 5 gallons of gas for a 16 mile different? The truck was a one way from Mississippi with a 3 day return. I added their insurance protection to the rental as well. I had the truck returned to AL drop off location within 24hours. The representative at this location was very unprofessional and uninviting for a business. After talking to 1-800 uhual number they stated I should have only been charged for 1 gallon. The charge was reverse immediately. This being a military community I will NOT recommend this location to anyone. Furthermore, after serving 31 year in the military I will share my experience with the post commander!
