Problems with picking up my Uhaul from this Indian ran convenience store, not a UHaul store at all. The man was rude and had the correct key but just wanted to run my wife and I in a circle, he was a liar just playing games. After the 360 dollar rental turned into 600$ at the end, all I can say is FUCK UHAULJerry B.

I elected to pickup using the self checkout option. It took over 1 hour to complete the process and get the keys. Several delays and issues: - First, app/web app did not initiate the self checkout, I had to call and the rep resolved whatever data point was missing to allow me to proceed. - My identity verification took over 10 minutes to complete. - Truck key was placed inside the back of the truck with a word lock. The lock code provided was wrong. I engaged in a chat with the rep to get a new working code (10-15 minutes) - after successfully opening the lock and retrieving key I noticed the utility dolly I reserved was missing. I called U-Haul multiple times with wait times longer than 15 minutes and 3 reroutes and still couldn't reach the person responsible to provide a dollyâ€¦. Luckily for me, we were able to borrow one from the neighbors. - Attendant at gas station where the pick up was, was not helpful at all. It would have been nice if he knew how the process works. - This would have been a fantastic experience if I did not have these problems. A direct priority phone line would have been ideal to quickly expedite these issues. (I lost a lot of time)Renato P.
