KATRINA BExcellent customer service! I'm in the middle of a stressful & emotional move. Having the professional & kind nature of Jay (boss) & his coworkers has made this process less stressful & easier to process. I'll be back later this month to rent another U-Haul because at this point, there's no other location I'd rather go through.
CHRISTIAN DMake sure the equipment has no downtime for as the lights working. It causes downtime for the consumer. Then he or she the consumer has to run all over town to get it fixed or exchange for emergency change out.
ALBERT BThey closed the refund two days later and charged my account for two more days. I lost almost a day in the refund claim. The cancellation of the card caused me many problems.
