MINDY BThe man there who helped to hook up the trailer did not want to answer my questions regarding safe operation of my motor vehicle with the trailer. He was “too busy” to answer safety questions, or to help me understand what I needed to do in order to efficiently unhitch the trailer if I needed to do so. It was an unsatisfying pick-up experience, and frankly, I was taken it back by his rudeness. I should’ve gone to the actual U-Haul store in Cincinnati for this pick up. I will do so in the future.
