Maria BStore closed. I was unable to complete my return. I called costumer service. The order was not added to my app account. after 2 hours of being angry. I managed to resolve it and return the trailer and truck. The photos that the app requested were not compatible with the photos I had in my reservation. I sent photos of the trailer I had rented. I hated my experience with uhaul. I don't know if I will use the service again or I recommend it to someone else.
Whadna LAll kinds of things wrong. Quoted a different price for insurance. Pick up was a disaster with nobody there during the posted hours. Good thing I only do this every 5 years..
