I returned after hours, but I did speak with someone on the phone earlier in the day. Seemed nice. She told me where to drop the trailer. May want to bring a couple pieces of scrap wood to chock the tires if you return late.

BENJAMIN CI dropped off the rental around 3:00pm. No one was there. I called the number and no one answered. I left a time sensitive message for a call back asap. No one ever called. I’m being charged for after-hours drop off when it was the during day hours. I should not have to pay the charges. I returned the rental before deadline and under mileage cap with proper fuel level. Who do I contact for reimbursement?
