Front Desk customer service was terrible. A lot of confusion over the phone and same when I got to the store to clarify things. Rep. had an attitude.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI rent from this location quite often for my business. This is the first time I’ve experienced unpleasantness from the lady behind the desk. Also my first time seeing the rep. She spoke very low behind the glass and when I told her I couldn’t hear her she seemed to brush off my comment. The check engine light was on in the 10’ and there was a message regarding the tire sensor. I was hesitant but needed the rental so took it with the dash warnings. Over all the location is great. This one experience is the reason for the 4 stars but overall they’re typically stellar. I will continue to rent here
